Q: What is a premium service? A: Any citizen can use most online services, but some are premium services. Use of premium services may be associated with statutory or other requirements, and may be accessed only by users who meet the requirements.
Q: What is a subscribtion service? A: A subscription service is a premium service which has an annual fee. The annual fee for a subscription service is $75. The $75 fee allows you to set up and manage up to 10 different users for the service. If you need more than 10 users, you must purchase additional subscriptions (e.g., one subscription allows up to 10 users, two subscriptions allow up to 20 users).
Q: How do I sign up to use a premium service? A: To sign up to use a premium service, you must create a TN.gov account.
Additionally, some services require a signed Service Agreement. When you create your TN.gov account, you will be given instructions for submitting a signed Service Agreement if one is required.
Q: How much does it cost? A: There is no charge for creating a TN.gov account or for using any of the FREE premium services. Subscription services cost $75 per year for up to 10 users.
